COI Keeper

Refund policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

COI Keeper is software for tracking subcontractors' certificates of insurance, sold by Lior Shalom.

Free beta and free trial. COI Keeper is free during the beta, and new accounts after the beta start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for either, so you're never charged while trying it.

Payments are handled by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy after your first paid subscription payment, monthly or yearly, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.

Monthly plans. You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. After the first 14 days, we don't give partial refunds for the remainder of a month.

Yearly plans. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again at renewal. After the first 14 days, if you cancel a yearly plan within its first 60 days, we'll refund the unused full months. After that, you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.

Renewals. We email you before a yearly plan renews. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge, we'll refund it.

If something went wrong. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or the service didn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your data after cancelling. Cancelling doesn't delete your data right away. Your account becomes read-only, and you can export your certificates and sub list or reactivate anytime. If you want your data deleted, ask us and we'll do it within 30 days.

How to request a refund. Email hello@getcoikeeper.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
