Who we are

COI Keeper is operated by Lior Shalom, [ADDRESS]. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@getcoikeeper.com.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your email address, and optionally your company name and number of subcontractors.
  • How you found us: campaign parameters in the link you used (UTM tags) and the referring site.
  • Once the product is live: account details, subcontractor contact details you enter, and the certificates of insurance you or your subcontractors upload.

How certificates are processed

Certificates of insurance are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to extract policy types, limits and dates. Certificates are sent only to that provider and to our file storage provider, and are not used to train AI models. [OWNER: confirm against the provider's current commercial terms.]

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Postmark (email), and Anthropic (certificate reading). [OWNER: add billing and analytics providers once chosen.]
